Learn to Love Yourself
I think I spent half of my life looking for a man to make me complete. I would put on extra makeup, buy clothes that would hide my imperfections and put on my game face as I entered the bar. Can Overweight People be Fit?
The answer from a recent study suggests the answer can be yes. Those overweight who exercise 10 minutes per day with moderately intense exercise were not only able to reduce their waistlines but lowered blood pressure levels in those with high blood pressure. The odd thing was that no weight was lost but waistlines were smaller. The belly fat that was lost indicates better heart health since fat is linked to insulin resistance, a contributor to heart disease. This study is good news for those who are over 40 and find it difficult to lose more than a few pounds. Staying fit can be as easy as running briskly for ten minutes per day, so get on your running shoes!
